What services are included with each plan?
All plans include full rental management: listings on major platforms, dynamic pricing, guest communication, and 24/7 concierge support. Signature and Prestige plans go further—adding professional home care, curated guest experiences, and priority access to Calisto services.
What is the onboarding process?
Onboarding begins with a property inspection, listing setup, and owner portal access—complimentary with all plans. Professional photography is billed separately but can be deducted from your first payout. If needed, we also assist with tourist licensing, utility setup, and insurance coordination.
How long does onboarding take?
Once we receive your request, a concierge will contact you within 24 hours. Most properties go live within 3 to 7 business days, depending on photography and service preferences.
May I use my owner cleaner & handyman?
To protect the guest experience, all cleaning is coordinated through Calisto using our trusted local teams. This ensures consistent quality, seamless check-ins, and five-star reviews. For maintenance, the level of owner involvement depends on your plan: Core: You manage maintenance and approve vendors—we support cleaning and guest logistics. Signature: We coordinate all routine maintenance and services, with your approval. Prestige: We handle all property oversight and service scheduling proactively, under a custom care plan. This structure keeps operations smooth, reduces delays, and protects the value of your home.
What is Calisto's commission rate?
All plans include full platform management, guest vetting, concierge support, contract handling, and post-stay coordination. There are no hidden fees or setup charges—just a clear, performance-based structure that reflects your level of service. Our commission varies by plan: Core: 15% of rental income, Signature: 20% of rental income Prestige: 20% or 30%, depending on the level of service provided
Who pays for cleaning & maintenance?
Guest cleanings are paid for by the guest as part of their stay. Maintenance is the owner's responsibility and varies by plan: Core: You handle maintenance. Signature: We coordinate all care with your approval. Prestige: We manage all service providers under a custom care plan.
How are issues resolved during a guest stay?
Our concierges are available 24/7 to handle anything from maintenance to late check-ins. Most issues are resolved within hours. Major issues are escalated through our service network with real-time updates provided to owners.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Calisto complies fully with GDPR and does not share or sell your information. All data is stored securely and only used to manage your property and guest experiences.
