Onboarding Process
1. Request Online
Use the links below to Request a Quote, Request a Free Rental Forecast or List your Property with Calisto. A Concierge will respond to your request within 2 business days, but we usually respond faster.
4. Prepare your Property
If your property needs to be prepared before renting, Calisto Projects can help. Calisto works with expert interior designers the can design your space. Calisto also collaborates with home renovation professionals to handle all projects, large or small.
2. Proposal to Manage
A Concierge will prepare and send a Proposal to Manage that details all the terms and conditions. This document serves as a transparent and formal outline, ensuring clarity and alignment between the property owner and Calisto.
5. Sit Back & Relax
With Calisto, you can sit back and relax, knowing that our dedicated team is at work to deliver top-notch rental management services. Enjoy peace of mind as we handle the intricacies, leaving you free to enjoy the benefits of a well-managed property.
3. Property Check
After the Proposal to Manage is signed, Calisto will conduct a thorough property check to ensure transparency and accountability. This inspection serves to verify the current condition of the property, providing both the property owner and Calisto with an accurate baseline assessment.
